I am the owner Alexandra Knoll and I have been very passionate about animals all my life. Ever since I was a little girl and I brought home every stray or hurt animal for my family to heal and adopt from birds and lizards to cats and dogs, until now when I have my own family and have the privilege to teach my kids about compassion, animal welfare and doing our part in the community. Our family has 4 dogs that we adopted and 10+ outside cats that adopted us. :)
I have a Bachelor's degree in Cultural studies and International Relations which has absolutely nothing to do with the pet care industry. :) I have been helping my husband run our manufacturing company since 2008 and in 2018 I finally worked up the courage to open my pet sitting business. I became a professional pet sitter and It has been an amazing journey since and I am very grateful for all of it! I started with providing in home pet sitting visits and boarding in our home. The demand became so big and overwhelming that I physically could not do both anymore. At that time I decided to focus on boarding and doggy daycare and in 2019 we opened our doggy hotel first building. In 2023 we doubled in size by adding our second building. I am beyond blessed with my husband who always went above and beyond for my ideas and helped me build my dream facility!
I am a member of the Texas Pet Sitters Association and attend their annual conference and am Pet First Aid Certified. I believe in continued education and in providing my clients with the most up to date and high quality care for their fur babies! We are constantly looking for ways to grow and improve!

I have been blessed with my kind hearted and supportive husband James and my kind and loving children Allie and Preston who adore animals just as much as I do. They love to come out and play with all the dogs and the doggies love them too! :)
Ms. Claudia
Ms. Claudia joined our team in February 2024 after bringing her boy Gus to daycare with us for over a year. We and the doggies are so grateful to have her with us. She is originally from Germany with background in nursing and HR and prior to joining us had an office career in a corporate setting. She traded that for the joy and messes that come with working at our doggy hotel. 😊 Ms. Claudia now has two dogs: Gus and Bella and they come to work with her every day and have made our place their second home. She is warm and loving with the dogs and her dedication to their wellbeing and her attention to detail and positive personality are so very appreciated and contribute greatly to the smooth operation of our every day.
In her free time Ms. Claudia likes to spend time with her family, her dogs and her cat and loves to read.
